Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible, so there is only a short period during which you can change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to make any changes or cancel your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it. In this case, you may return the items as per our return policy once you receive them.For the fastest response, please include your order number and the specific changes you wish to make. When will my order ship and arrive?
Shipping Times:
Processing Time: Our first batch of Goodz will ship the week of December 4th, 2023 so if you order before that date please note it will not ship immediately. After that, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: After processing, the shipping time will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options can deliver your items faster.
Estimated Delivery Date: You can find an estimated delivery date for each item in your order at checkout. This date takes into account both processing and shipping times.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.
International Orders: We do not currently ship internationally. Look for this to change in 2024.
